Rosalia Varoli Piazza.  Special Advisor to the Director General of ICCROM (International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property). She has been the coordinator of many projects of conservation and restoration, including the Loggia of Psyche by Raffael at the Farnesina Palace, and the Sarcophagus of Emperor Frederick II in the Cathedral of Palermo. She has taught at the University of Tuscia.
